virtio_balloon drivers are missing in the virtio-win floppy disk image found at http://alt.fedoraproject.org/pub/alt/virtio-win/latest/images/bin/ whereas they are present in the ISO image , any specific reason for this ? Shouldn't they be ideally present ?
