Could you please provide this function regardless of CONFIG_KVM_BOOKE_HV? For 
PR, just save a bool away somewhere and emulate the same behavior (guest may 
not modify MSR.DE).

That way we ensure consistency between the targets and get rid of ugly #ifdef's 
:).
