kvpnc now only asks for passphrase if private key is protected with a passphrase
openvpn import now asks for username and password if auth is requested in
import file
openvpn import fixes
if peer uses another tunnel type (tun/tap) and reports that, kvpnc automaticlly
fix it
if peer uses another authentication algorithm and reports that, kvpnc
automaticlly fix it
crash at failed port binding for openvpn management port fixed
