I just configired Kvpnc to use racoon and got all the settings rt , when i connect the profile, it actually says connected and is green
but when i do ping 192.168.10.xxx which is the remote location ip
i get
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~> ping 192.168.10.xxx
connect: No such process
"says connect no such process " any idea why ?

thanks for the response. I did some further tests with the current cvs.
- PPTP is ok now but as the previous versions it doesn't add the route
of the remote default network on the client.
- OpenVPN : ok for the user/password but it stays there after "openvpn
started" and nothing happens. I see two warnings about wrold readable
certificates but nothing more.
Other things:
- using the wizard connection for openVPN it denys empty password for
private key but it is possible.
- using the manual settings for openvpn I have doubts about what are
the certificate entries.
The first let me search for .pem files but I have client.crt created
by openvpn stuff.
CertPath let me chose a directory. So why should I chose a directory
if I just chose the file with all the path?
Last thing, not important at all, is that on the website the
documentation says that I have to do "make -f Makefile.common" but it
has to be done only for the cvs and not for the release.
Sorry if I told you obvious things but I thought that a feedback could
be useful to improve such a great program.
