The IPSec gateway is your vpn server and the remote network is the network you 
want to reach.

The VPN server mostly is not the computer or network you want to reach.

The remote network specifies that, for example your target computer in remote 
lan has ip address 192.168.100.24 then remote network should be 
192.168.10.0/24.
