[Kvpnc-user] Problems with installation

Hello,    I'm triying to install KVPNC in Ubuntu and Kubuntu (KDE) from the package .deb and always I have a error.    Could you say me the steps for a correct installation?    Package .deb that I have downloaded from http://home.gna.org/kvpnc is valid to Ubuntu? or only for Kubuntu?    Thanx
