I have upgraded to version 0.8.5.1.
Does this version include the fix that is in this patch?
If not, how do I patch it on SuSE 10.1?

Hello Christoph,

I've applied the patch mentioned in Debian bug #378316 and kvpnc
successfully connected to a server via vpnc!. I can finally use your
wonderful program with the servers I need to connect the most.

Thanks for pointing out the existence of this patch.

Patricio

Maybe its a bug in vpnc
(http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=378316) or you have set a
special local port at profile settings - advanced - local port.
In the first case you can try the patch described at the bug report.
In the second case you should disable the local port override.

Best regards
