Hi Christoph and all,
thanks for answering that fast !!!

Allright I've downloaded the latest snapshot... unfortunately it doesn't solve
the problem...

Allright here is what has happend with (0.8.9) and what now happens with
(0.8.9+20071105). All of the following applie to tests using a pptp
connection:

1.Problem: Replacing the default route
-------------------------------------------------------
kvpnc 0.8.9:
When "Replace default route" is selected in "Settings: Configure
KVpnc->Network->Routes" a pptp connection is terminated after 32 or 33
seconds (reproduceably).
-------
kvpnc(0.8.9+20071105): same behaviour as in 0.8.9

2.Problem: Adding additional routes
-------------------------------------------------------
kvpnc 0.8.9:
Although additional routes where given in "Settings: Configure
KVpnc->Network->Routes", no routes where added anyway the connection worked,
i.e. it didn't terminate after half a minute.
kvpnc(0.8.9+20071105):
The debug log now tells me that the subnetmask didn't match to the address
given. (Of course that was my fault, but good to know why this happend)
So i gave kvpnc correct routes (thanks for the "Edit Routes"-feature) and in
fact, they were all properly added. (I assume that kvpnc(0.8.9) would have
worked with coorect routes as well).
However, having additional routes added while keeping the default route raises
up the same problem as described in problem 1: the connection is terminated
after 33 seconds. :(

Question is: does the remote "know" anything about any routes of my
computer???
If yes, it might be a problem of the server (which is unprobable in my eyes as
my colleagues using Mac Os-clients do not have any problems).
If no, this is defenitely a bug. (I mean i only get disconnected when the
routing table is modified, highly unprobable that this is coincidence)

Any further ideas ????

Oh and by the way, there seems to be another bug: Clicking
the "Disconnect"-Button in the main window quits KVpnc.

Regards

Phil
