Normally you got the settings by the admin. Normally you have to setup an pptp 
connection using the wizard.

KVpnc cant import an ppp options/peers file. But it looks an interesting 
feature. So all ppl on the list are called to send me their peers/option 
files for made import and testing ;)

Using an existing peers file is also not possible.
