[Kwant-devel] Remove disabled code from Kwant?

Some code that is present in Kwant is disabled because it's not used and because it would requires additional dependencies. The files in question are, I believe, Given that this code is neither compiled nor tested (the tests are disabled) and that it tends to cause minor problems (the above tests had to be disabled for the "flakes" static analyzer), shouldn't we simply remove it from the repository? If this code is ever needed, we can reintroduce it without problems.
