False. There is no Kwant 1.3 release yet. If we would have made a release, we would have sent an email to kwant-discuss notifying users of this. The current **development** version of kwant is 1.3.0a1, which means that we are working towards 1.3.0, but are not there yet. We will not spend any effort with packaging until we have all features/bugfixes that we want ready for release. Joe
