I've begun creating Kwiki::ModPerl:

Thoughts:
- I'm using a singleton subclass of Kwiki and attempting to
keep as much data sitting in the interpreter as possible.
- The handler should probably only handle the location it's
set up to, but not files or directories within that.
Meaning, files like /css/kwiki.css should be handled by
Apache, but / should be handled by the CGI.
