There is a small possibility that Robert Spier might have a copy of this. He got the code for books.perl.org from Iain's server after Iain's death so that Robert and I could get it running on one of the perl.org servers. I don't know if Robert could a copy of the Subversion repo, but it wouldn't hurt to ask.
