Hi, does anyone know if there is a way to have an ext forward calls (NA and Busy) to
voice mail without having to have a forward condition set on the station phone itself?
I know you can press FWD/DND 5 165 to forward busy and NA calls to the voice mail, but
we also use the forward feature in other places. I was hoping the voice mail was
smart enough to answer any call with out the forward condition.
