This may take some thinking "outside the box"

A residential customer has 3 mailboxes on his TVS-50/ 816,
general/wife/husband.

He wants to be able to use live call screening so they can hear who is
leaving a message, then pick up if they want to talk to them.
Well, LCS was designed to be used on a single phone per mailbox.

We set up phones so the wife's box goes to the kitchen phone, husband's box
is in the study, and the general is in the family room. When the volume is
up they can hear from another room who is leaving a message.

Trouble now is that they cannot pick up the call from a different extension
when they hear the LCS. This is because when LCS is active, that is
actually a 3 way conference between the co, voicemail and the extension, and
only no other call can get in.

What other possibilities extist that would
1. let them interrupt the LCS from another extension
2. let them hear who's leaving a message some other way so they can butt in

thanks all
Charles
