Phellow Phone Pholks...... I know it's NOT Panasonic related, but I realize several of us work on other systems too.... I took a next to new Partner ACS system in on trade a while back and had some time to check it out today....all is fine, EXCEPT I need to reset the System Managers password on the VM card.... At least with Pana. we can do a system reset to clear the passwords....not with this beast!! I gave up on Avaya after being on hold for 35 minutes. Any help is most appreciated.
