Try placing a digital phone (74xx) on the port first and program the buttons as you would like them. Then plug the 7895 back in, they should then show up on the 7895.

Program 621 is setup on 116,xtra device port is turned off and the 7895 works fine with the system, all intercom features work well, can get outside line by dialing "9". But being called on the intercom it displays " recieving call" instead of the extension # that the call is from. Handset programming works but not station programming. I can't figure out the flexible buttons? This has to be a simple problem. I have searched the WEB for answers and have come up with nothing. Any help would be appreciated, Thanks in advanced!
