I'm definitely not a guru, but I do have and use both programs. Programmator is a big help, particularly when you want to do the same thing to a bunch of extensions. You can mark those you want, edit one, and the changes go to all the marked extensions. Big time saver.
It's lacking a few help files and it won't do everything. On the whole, I think it's a worthwhile investment. There are upgrades available, you just have to ask. For example, the latest version handles the -5 software. Voice Mail Master is ok, but perhaps not as good as it should be. For example, you can't currently save what you've loaded as a file, so everything has to be interactive. Also, you can program Mailbox groups (for sending one message to multiple mailboxes), but you cannot program Extension groups (which you might do if you wanted to share a single mailbox with multiple extensions). That is easy enough to do with a comm program, however. Can't help with WinTariff.
