On the recommendation of some in this group, I am trying to use UCD.  I don't know 
whether I have it setup correctly or not but my question is this.  Does the action 
specified by the UCD Timetable Sequence option ONLY take effect if all extensions in 
the UCD group are busy?  The reason I am asking is that what if one extension is in 
the UCD group but no one is answering that phone (didn't logout, working on something 
else, etc.), would that action still be performed or would the call eventually be 
kicked back to the VPS that originally transferred the call in the first place.
