This is how it would work in the digital systems, there should be something similar in the TA-624. You would want to use Ring Group. Put 101 and 102 into the same group, then have the TVS option set to call that group number when the caller presses a digit (or dials the ring group number). If their isn't a ring group, then hunting might work for you... if 101 is busy it can go to 102.
