Michael, I have called and left messages and sent 2 emails asking for information in regards to my credit. I have no other way to reach you except via this email list which you seem to put before your customers. Here again is the message I have sent twice now:
RE: Order # 22-20676 You received on 9/10/2002 via Fedex Tracking # 835615251918 the CKX-TVS50R system which you sent and charged me for as a replacement. Please credit my American Express card the $523.00 and let me know this has been done.
