I guess I spoke too soon :-(
 
With my current setup, if an internal user dial the forwarded extension, the
call goes out.
 
If an inbound call tries to use auto-attendant to transfer to the forwarded
extension, the call goes back to the auto-attendant (on TVS200).  Any ideas
on how to get an inbound call sent to an extension which is forwarded to a
CO?  TIA
