On a KX-TD1232-4�. We have 10 Digital Phones (KX-T7433 and 7436's) and 3 SLTs in a single extension group. Incoming calls to one of our DID #'s are sent to the number associated with this extension group. When calls come in on that number only the SLT's ring, the digital phones CO lights flash, but no ring tone. Initially the phones rang, and then over time it seemed that fewer and fewer were ringing until we are at the point that only the SLTs ring.
I have backed up the configuration and performed a hard reset and restored the data, but that didn't help. I have moved all the extensions to a different Extension Group but that group has the same problem. Has anyone else had this problem, and is there a solution?
