The shift light only lights if you have "new" caller id info waiting to be reviewed. You said it works on another extension so it will not work on your extension also. If you are not the lowest ringing port number with unanswered caller id info'ed calls then it will not light...Jim

We just upgraded our TD1232-nothing to a -6. Now we get the neato shift button to actually show old and new caller ID info... Only it won't work on my extension. I've already swapped phones thinking it might be something physically wrong with the button, but my phone works fine on other extensions. My shift doesn't light either like the others. I've been through the manuals, and even looked in the archives looking for a similar problem, but no luck. The only thing special is my extension is set up as the manager on the switch. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Brian multipart/alternative text/plain (text body -- kept) text/html _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
