Hey guys, A little help please. Panasonic is stumped. (Imagine that)
Customer with dual cabinet 1232's is having an issue with the attendant phone (operator). The phone rings, when she picks up the handset she is connected to another extension but there is no one at that extension. It happens quite often. No rhyme or reason to the calls either. Any help you can give. Afraid we have a bad system here. Looking at a -1 system as well.
