Thanks for the reply Phil.  I've tried that (and re-tried just to be
sure) but still no success.  I get a message stating: 

NO PBX ANSWER - check hardware and com-port parameters

I've used the Comtrol TS.  I had a similar problem with Programmator -
it turned out that the default Comm Settings used Mark.  I changed it to
N (i.e. 9600 8 N 1) and it worked.  You might try that.
