First off, the pairs get punched down
        W/Bl
        Bl/W
        W/Or
        Or/W 101
        W/Gn
        Gn/W ___
        W/Bn
        Bn/W
        etc 102

on the 66 block. If punching down 4 pair (below) it's
BlueOrangeGreenBrown
and nextcable BlueOrangeGreenBrown etc.

I assume this is a 66M50 block, i.e.

        a b c d
        = = = =
        = = = =

where there are 2 punches on the left, facing left; and two on the
right, facing right. Note the left and right sides are separate.
Your connection to the 170 is usually the outermost punching, a.
(Some connectorized blocks don't use a punch for the jack at all;
coming off the backside.)

This block is the station block; the stations are deployed
from there.

Next you have another 66M block, for JACKS. Every jack in the
field is punched down onto it and you make a chart -- Jack 32,
last office on left.

Then, to make 101 show up on jack 32; run two-pair jumper from the
blue and orange pairs of the jack block to the 1st & 2nd pairs of
each station. Get them off by one, and YBFed. Swap Tip & Ring,
and the PT sets will not work. If you are using the POTS and PT
ports separately, the first (Bl|W) pair is POTS, the 2nd is PT.

Which punch to use? Well, if a is used by the Amp jack. you can use b.
        OR
You can use d, and buy BRIDGE CLIPS to jumper b<->c.

To multiple POTS ports, loop the jumper through the Jack punch
and back out again.
