Well, I have a -6 816, And it seems to happen to any co-co conference
call, either established manually, or through the VM, or through handset
programming.

I am having trouble with the -5 integrated VM feature transfer to CO.
The
VM, or manually, puts the extension in the forward to CO state, then
transfer to the extension. It seems to have really low volume when CO
to CO
transferred in this way, but not for attended or unattended conference
or
manual transfer to CO.
