At least for Panasonic distribution in the US:

KX-TD38n ISDN n U module (n = 2, 4, or 6)
KX-TD28n ISDN n S/T module (n = 4)
KX-TD112 ISDN PLL clock module

I understand that one must install a KX-TD112 in order to use any of the other ISDN BRI modules.

In New Zealand we have a KX-TD286 Module which is a 6 x BRI Module, on our
system here we have 2 x BRI ccts. and two pots lines and all works o.k. ( I
am not sure what a 386 module or a 112 module is/are?)
