Rich:
By default the new TVS's do a supervised transfer resulting in "You
have a call" announced at the extension.
I think that you have to configure the TVS so that it does an
unsupervised transfer, then the CPID appears. I have not done it to
our TVS.
You can search the previous messages (either in the archive, or you
mailboxes) for supervised, unsupervised, and/or FX to obtain more
information. The list seems to have little participation the last
couple of days.

My TD816 is reporting the CallerID number fine. But, the Calling Number
does not follow when the TVS transfers the call to the ext. Is this not
a feature, or did I miss something?
Thanks,
Rich
