Here is an undocumented problem that I can't seem to solve.
Trying to complete the Dial Strings for a Dialogic d/41h. After running PBXexpert it runs the tests and saves the data, but when I enter PBX-Strings page in the TAPI-Card config (contral-panel-modems-advanced-tapi-advanced using Dialogic 5.1.1 software) I see no entries (such as forward, transfer, call park.). I would like to try manually entering these numeric strings to fix the integration problem with the voicemail application (have tried both Black-Ice Server and Front-Desk 4.0). The Integration problems are : When AA forwards call to ext, & when that ext is actually answered, it says there is no/answer and sends call to user mailbox. Also AA answers for the extension and then rings it again before going to mailbox. These issues sound like integration problems and the PBXexpert seems to be lacking in getting the dial-strings. If anyone knows where to get the Dialogic-Panasonic specific codes that work. I would really appreciate it!
