I have a residential customer who is upset because (in default programming)
when she intercoms one of her children, and they are already on the phone,
it will automatically intercom the next higher extension #. The only thing
that I have done so far is to enable call forwarding for busy/no answer to
ring into the VM box of the called ext. The client says that won't do, and
wants the phone to ring over/under the call in progress. I never can seem to
concentrate on finding the answers in the book when the client is
breathingdown my back. Also, they absolutely won't tolerate the blinking
light on the FWD/DND button. I have seen some mention of how to turn that
off in the past, but anyway, I'l patiently watch for a reply on the first
issue, and we'll worry about that one later.
