Go into additional field programming 990, Sys 01 Bit 3 (third one from the right on the display phone) Change it from 0 to 1, that should work. The default timer settings should not have to be changed.
If this doesn't work, use a single line set on the CO line and test this to be sure it's working before the KSU.
