I agree - using a PC for MP3 only is overkill, the PC's are on site remotely 
collecting SMDR and also serve as 
paging terminals - it was a case of utilising the existing setup and improving. The 
idea being that when 
collecting the SMDR we could download the new MP3 data.

Thanks for your help - the Rio may not be available in New Zealand, I will see if I 
can locate.
