Ross,

Is 191 selected from a voicemail menu? If so, you could program phantom
buttons instead. Put a phantom button on all the phones with ringing turned
on only on for the group that wants it.  The button will flash at all the
other stations.

(I assume you are not sending the co calls dil 1:1 to 191, if you are, then
you really need to use dil 1:N for that)
