I finally got CID routing as well as Liva Call Screening working. now I have the following question:
1) when I have Live Call Screening it prompts the caller to leave his name, and then announces at the extension that there is a call and announces the name. Is it possible to have the announcement that there is a call and the callers name go over whole house page? When I use the transfer to Intercom page instead of Live Call Screen it will announce over the intercom that there is a call but will not screen the callers name?
