Hi All We have just upgraded our KXTD 816 from a -3 to a -6 to take advantage of Panasonic's TSP and hopefully benefit from a bit of CTI.
We are a small company - 6 users but many extensions i.e 32 - our 816 is maxed out! We are looking for an affordable yet fairly comprehensive CTI suite and I am contacting the list in the hope that you can give some recomendations. We have started to evaluate Procall from http://www.estos.de and this seems to work well. For 10 users this works out at approx 900 Euros/Dollars But are there any others that you feel are worthy of consideration. We are looking for Busy Lamp Fields, Screen Pops, integration with outlook etc. As I say this software seems to do the job but before committing the hard earned just wanted to know if there is anything else we are missing that works incredibly well with the Panasonic KXT. Is Panasonic's own very good? How much does it work out per seat? Thanks for your help.
