Dear Friends, I need your help again. Our company has purchased Net2Phone device (Voice over IP). I dedicated extension 215 to this device. When I made a call to the office from the outside, our voice processing system (which is Panasonic TVP200) proposed me to dial extension. I dialed 215 and then dialed telephone number. The call was disconnected after 1.5 minutes. I tried several times but the result was the same. At first I was thinking that this was a problem with VoIP device, but then I tried to make the same call while being inside the office. It wasn't disconnected... May TVP200 work incorrectly? Should I set some parameters in TVP200?
