ebay may be the most common place. Resellers/refurbishers will look at the whole lot and make an offer. Type "refurbished telephones" or "refurbish" into google and see what pops up.
You could also post a list here with your hoped for prices and you might get a good response.
I suggest that it is good netiquette to include something like [FOR SALE] in the subject so that those who are not interested can quickly and easily find/delete such a message, and of course that all replies should be sent off-list.
That being said, I would appreciate seeing such a list. My equipment is at home and I have a small budget, so refurbished (good condition) equipment might be very interesting indeed.
