Your choices are to have it pick up immediately (on the first ring) or after a set number of rings of 3 or greater.
If you set DIL 1:1 (prog 407/408 day/night) for each line at night to point to the voicemail ext 165, then the vm will answer immediately. So do that for the night mode. Then set the day/night timer for the times you want, and night on weekends.
