If I recall correctly, VTR must have a valid extension to work. You probably need to create phantom extensions for those box numbers. You may then need to alter the flex numbering for the digit 3, I think you will have a conflict there. The KSU will act as if you are entering a feature code even though you press VTR.
Alternate solutions are to change those mailboxes to 200's, or set up a one touch dial button that dials 165 P #6 and use "transfer" plus that button for vm transfer to the other boxes. charles ----- Original Message ----- From: "Schultz Comm" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "Pana Help" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Monday, December 01, 2003 6:32 PM Subject: KX-T: Fw: THANK YOU! > > > > > First, a HUGE "thanks" for those of you who took time to suggest > workarounds > > for my vet's office problem. > > > > I was trying to have only two options for callers who got IRNA'd to AA. > > Wait for the next available operator, or call for immediate human help in > > the event of an emergency. > > > > I set it up for dial 1 for emergency (xfer to x101, ......x101CFWD B/NA to > x > > 109.......) > > > > Dial 2 to wait for the next available operator (xfer to UCD group...two > > "operator" extensions...x119 &x121.....) > > > > Had to set the VM to FXD or it kept coming back on line asking the caller > > for more input after the timer timed out.... > > > > This seems to be working OK now...again, thanks for ALL your help! > > > > One more quick question, I set up the VM for boxes in the 301-325 range > and > > for the life of me can't remember how to enable VTR to these > numbers....I've > > enabled transfer directly to mailbox in the individual boxes and can > access > > them just fine from 165, #6..... just can't VTR..........it's a Monday > and > > I'm simply brain dead....... oh yeah......KXTD 1232-6, TVS 120 > > > > HELP! > > > > Best, JIm > > > > > > > > > > > > > _________________________________________________________________ > KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ > Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt > > _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
