If the employees all have their own mailboxes, then a broadcast message
could work, but the other way would be to have them call in to a special box
to hear the message.

I just set up for a day care center so their main menu has 3 main options,
but there is a option 4 that is not mentioned on the menu.
When the snowy weather comes, the owner is going to re-record the main menu
and add "for information on weather closings press 4". 4 will send callers
directly to a specific mailbox.
Once she has that main menu in there, then she plans to have a generic
message in the box "we are open regular hours, no delays or closings at this
time". Then if there is bad weather she just calls in to change the mailbox
greeting ("today is Feb 12, we are opening two hours late today"). Changing
a mailbox greeting is easier than changing a menu greeting.

Subject: KX-T: Snow Day

Simple Question. I've got a kx-td1232 & a TVS-50 vm unit. Winter's
coming up, and we're looking for a way to distribute this information to
our employees. One thought was to use the VM unit and have people be
able to call in.

What are the reccomended ways to go about doing this? Send a VM to a
distribution group?

Thanks!
