I looked at your link, and the PSM software looks like something that Panasonic here in the US looked at about 3 years ago. During the beta of the software there were lot's of problems, so it was never released. I had a copy on my laptop and had nothing but problems and when I installed it on my desktop, well I ended up reinstalling windows from scratch. If this product is what I think it is, it was developed in Australia and never released here in the US, although it may be available in the EU and it certainly looks like it is available in the UK. While it was here, it was called Phone Manager.
