KX-T: PRI KX-TD500

I''ve got a 500 in the field with PRI, I'v had no problems with it & I 
wonder if anyone has had a card failure.  I only have 1 customer with it 
and I have back-up for common control and power supply and I'm trying to decide 
if I need to spend a $1000.on for a card that sits on the shelf.  Thanks
