All cos are dial by 9. Put all lines in same trunk group. What you want is already there by default. Program 99, hit the button you want and press I believe "0" and then put in the CO number (01,02 etc). If its not "0". Just keep going back in and do the same procedure till you find "CO-". Very easy...its in the book under program 005 as well. Brad
