I know the answer is simple but I am missing something. Hardware: KX-TD816-7 and TVS 50 newly installed.
The AA answers the inbound calls after three rings. No matter what I do I can not get it to answer on the first ring. When I pick up the intercom line and dial 165 the TVS answers immediately. When the call comes in the respective TD816 CO light is glowing. But the call is not answered for three by the TVS 50. I attached the TVS to a new defaulted KSU, programmed integration to port 8, directed the inbound to 165. On the first try it answered after one ring on subsequent tries the TVS answered after three rings. All Port settings on the TVS are 0 seconds. Help.what am I missing? Sincerely, Henry Henry C.
