You will need to change external feature access in flexible numbering (100)
to something other than a single digit "6" ,for example "60" would free up
61X - 69X for exts by putting in 2 digits in the ext. block field or you
could replace EFA with another free code (44 e.g.) and free up the whole
600-699 range by placing th single digit "6" in the 3 ext block field.
