here's the thing. i am the "manager" of a kx-ta616. sometimes, a random extensions starts ringing on its own. when i pick up, there is either a busy tone, or the line is dead. i checked both the Timed Reminder and the Automatic Callback Busy features, and it's not their fault. Also, there are no "lost" calls, i mean it is not an error of transfering the call, or something like this. i think it's somehow broken, i can't figure out why is it acting this way. if you could help me, i would be very grateful.
