Ok go figure after all those things I did, sure enough the solution from randy worked! Randy gave me this solution: look in station programming (program 99, ) Look at initial display, CID or CO name. Program 99 811 (Shows Caller ID) store, should show CID Program 99 812 (shows CO NAME) store, NO caller ID Hope this help for those who asked to see if it works!!!! 6 hours spent for a 1 minute job... but hey Thanks Randy Dell!
