Do you have voicemail on the system? Sometimes if the voicemail system has been hacked, you may see lines in use even though no one is using them (the voicemail may be trying to dial out on them).

Sometimes two of four outside lines may hang during the day. But in fact, no one is using them It happened month ago for the first time. None of the settings was changed before. We have one actual 4-channel digital outside number from our telephone provider. I suppose that the problem is the following: PBX does not receive (I do not know why) proper signal that a call was already disconnected and that is why stays on until I reboot PBX. Has anyone of you have this kind of problem? Can you recommend me what I should do in this situation? Is this a problem of my telephone provider? Sincerely, Andriy Bulygin _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt _________________________________________________________________ KX-T Mailing list --- http://kxthelp.com/ Subscription changes: http://kxthelp.com/mailman/listinfo/kxt
